Why does my pc keep telling me to insert a blank dvd

i use a program called "record now" to burn my ps2 images to blank dvds, but for sum reason my pc keeps ejecting the blanks and telling me to "insert a blank dvd disc" but i been using these same discs for about a month with no problem, so much anger its gonna lead to murder....

try cleaning your dvd drive with a cleaner disc.make sure there are no other programs running while you are recording.and when you put the blank disc in wait a minute or two to let the disc register befors you click the record button or ok button whichever it is.
