Hi, I posted a question yesterday asking how to burn 2 .avi files to 1 4.7 gb dvd-r. I was kindly told to use VSO DivXtoDVD and then nero to do the burn.
Is there anyway I can add menus, chapters etc to the disc eiher before or after using DivxtoDVD?

If you want to add menus and chapters, do not use DivxToDVD which would convert the avis into final products. Instead, you may:
1) use Nero Vision Express ('Add Video Files') to join and author the avis.
2) in case NVE does not recognize the avis, you may use a video converter (e.g. Power Video Converter, X Video Converter) to convert the codec of the avis (e.g. XviD for video and Mpeg Layer 3 for audio), then repeat 1).
Good luck!

Thanks to you both for your help. Stupid me though!! I didnt realise that once converted the 650mb files become 2.7gb files and consequently dont then fit onto a 4.7 Gb disk. Silly me, sorry for wasting your time & thanks for your help.

OK thnks for that. I hav only used DVD Shrink a coupl of times but didnt get good results. It shrunk it ok but the sound was out after it shrank resulting in something similar to s badly dubbed kung fu movie. (I'm not sure whether your old enough to remember David Carradine in Monkey, but it looked like that). But i will give it a go. Thanks for the advice. It is greatly appreciated.
