i know in windows you can make a .ini file to make files auto load..
could you not do the same with a NES emulator for the ps2?
this way we will not have to mess with the swap disks

so what you mean is basically a copied disc that auto runs? wont happen...would be nice if it did but it wont!

PS2 games are actually pressed DVD/CD discs, they are not burned. PS2 games use the Burst Cutting Area (BCA) of the disc to identify themselves to the PS2 unit. The BCA is not part of a disc that you can burn on, it is only replicated on pressed discs.

So, the only way to play backups is to get boot-discs or a mod-chip.

swap magic and a fliptop or slide card is always an option, you dont have to get a mod chip, just a thought

well i want a mod chip just so i dont have to mess with that junk
and then i can use elfs or what ever those are called
just having a problem figuring out what one to go with since so many different ones are out
