ok I have a bunch of avi I encoded with TMPG. I encoded at 29.97fps and a resolution of 720x480 aspect 1:1 and NTSC. Now the results are good. My problem is that when I import the MPEGs into Encore it's now recognizing them as DVD compliant and wants to transcode internally. I don't know if it's something in TMPG or if it's something in Encore. Thanks.

Aspect must be 4:3, not 1:1 or encore will re-encode it.
