I have a Xbox 1.6 with your 200 GB HD With EVO X and I have a solderless Xenium S.P. Ice chip. The problem im having is that the Xbox keeps turning off and on 3 times and the SPICE stays red. Sometimes its green which is my original Xbox kernal but it shows nothing on the screen and sometimes it does and I can select the M8 Kernel and I can play games. Sometimes if I want to get out of a game and use the 2 trigger buttons and the 2 black buttons to go to my main screen the chip turns red and nothing on the screen. I have took the Spice chip off and all lights light up and when I put it on one goes out. I cant figure out what's wrong? I tried forums and some guy said to check your connections between the lpc port and the adapter pins. I thought he was talking about the 5 wires that go in the holes but if they weren't in the holes the lights wouldn't light up right. another guy said It sounds like you are not getting the adapter set right on the LPC and after the box runs for awhile it shifts. I took it off and put it back on and it still does the same thing.another guy said check also none of the pogo pins are sticking. they should spring freely. which I never did.I just cant figure it out! Any suggestions? Im not the smartest at this that's why I chose the SPICE MOD. THANKS!!!

sounds like the chip shifted and is not sitting properly
