I've just received my Swap Magic discs and swipe card, however I am struggling to get it to work.

As my discs are DVD-R, I am loading the DVD version of the boot disc.

This comes up with a menu of 'Load Program' and 'Display Normal'.

There is no mention of 'Insert Disc'. When I click load program it just loads back to the same point.

After ejecting and putting the disc back in a number of times, I got it to say in red underneath 'Insert Your Own Program Disc' a few times. I presumed that was it.

When I got that prompt I put in my DVD-R disc, but when I press X, it just loads up the Playstation screen with the red smoke that tells me to insert a Playstation 2 disc.

I think I have set up my back up disc correctly and I did this via DVD-Decrypter using ISO Read option and at x1 and x4 speed and Max.

Nothing works. Can you tell if I am doing things correctly or not?

-Load SwapMagic disc.
-When it gets to the 'Load Program' / 'Display: Normal' screen, you are ready for the swapping.
-Use the slidecard to swap out SM with your backup game. (don't use eject button)
-Now, hit 'X' and your backup should load fine.
