Ok, so i have this dvd that is a PAL format, so i tried doing the region patch in dvd decrypter to patch it to 1, but that didnt work. Is there no way to do this through dvd decrypter? Is my only choice ripping then burning?

i'm in UK, so am in PAL region 2, however i have a few NTSC dvd's. I personally use Shrink for virtually all rips so i have Shrink just 'region-neutral' the films. I'm not sure if it's so easy the other way round, ie you NTSC guys trying to use PAL discs. As for Decrypter itself as i very rarely use it, the nearest i could find in Google is this - http://www.doom9.org/dvddec-options.htm
