HELP THIS NEW GUY OUT..WHAT SHOULD I USE TO COPY DVD'S SHRINK OR DECRYPTER..I USE ROXIO 7.0 FOR COPYING.I USE TAIYO YUDEN 8X AND LIKE IT VERY FEW ERRORS

I rip with Decrypter, compress/encode with Shrink, and burn with Nero. I also use the TY DVD-R 8X (and some Verbs) and have yet to have a problem!!!

You could also rip with Decrypter, compress with Shrink and burn with Decrypter. That's for the people who don't have Nero.

that's what Shrink does. It's compressing your dual layer original dvd to fit onto a single layer dvdr. In order to do this it has to modify the data in some way or another, then it has to re-encode it to DVD format. Pretty neat little program.

I see that DVDFabExpress has a free decrypter available for download now. You may as well put that in your "toolbox" since decrypter has no support.
