when creating a backup using shrink. The movie will stop encoding everytime at 13%. I need a work around. also used decryptor, changed it to iso read, and that stopped too. please help.

what movie is this?
what version of Decrypter are you using? Latest is 3.5.4
what does it say after it stops encoding? Can you post the Decrypter log?

If the movie is Hitch, try using DVD43 in the background available at

http://www.filepedia.com/video_software/dvd_rippers/index2.cfm

Or trial version of AnyDVD good for 21 days

available at http://www.slysoft.com

Or try ripping with DVDDecrypter to your hardrive in file mode, use Shrink and do movie only.

Or there is new software available free, that is supposed to do this movie

i tried the DVD43 freeware. BUt i dont really know how to use it.
On my desktop all it shows is a little green smiley face icon, and it tells me, 1 of 3 dvd's found. But it never gives me any option to use it. OR am i overlooking something, please help.
