i thought i would put my two cents worth in the ring...

I believe that an authoring software is limited on how many _TS files it can make. I thought I read that somewhere... and since most authoring programs split video into 1GB segments, it's possible you exceeded the _TS limit with a 27GB movie. Your authored content may not be able to link to itself, and therefore stops working at it's limit. Try putting each movie into it's own VTS line within DVDLab Pro.

I don't know if this will work, but I just scanned the help file for any clues and that's about all i could come up with.

Also, if your movies are different frame rates (ie, 3:2Pulldown, Interlace) then they won't work together in the same VTS line. You will have to separate them. I think.... :)
