Yes.
What you are refering to is a softmod. There are a couple of ways this can be done but I'll try to get you in the direction I went...

If you want to change the size of your HDD, you will need everything in this response. If you just want to modify your existing xbox HDD...this is what you need.

- 1 of 3 (Mechassault, 007 Agent Under Fire, or Splinter Cell)
IMPORTANT: NO PLATINUM EDITIONS WILL WORK, MUST BE ORIGINAL
- 1 XBOX memory card
- The Game Save Hack for whichever of the three games you choose to use. (This method is so easy, it'll take a couple of minutes "LITERALLY")

Now to make a complete soft mod, you need everything up above and this below...

1-Blank CD-R
1-HDD No smaller than 120 (good size to back-up a good bit)
No larger than 300 (anything above may cause problems)
1-Floppy Disk
Program: xboxhdm
Location: xbox-scene.com
NOTE: The program comes with a tutorial to walk you through the entire process.

All other utilities are located within "xboxhdm"
