I am looking at getting a sony double layer burner what do I need to change in shrink to use itor do I not need shrink anymore.

Whether or not you need shrink will depend on if you are going to be using Dual Layer media or not. Dual Layer media is still quite expensive(in my opinion).
If you are going to be using Single layer media still, then yes you will need to Shrink. But to use Shrink with dual layer, simply edit preferences, and change target size to DVD9. An easier way would be to use Decrypter, ISO Read mode first, and then ISO write to burn it to disc.
