Is there any way to convert a bin file to an avi or wmv? If so, what program would i want to use? thanks in advance

A .bin file is a CD image. Either use a CD-burning program to burn it to a CD, look what's on it and proceed form there; or get Alcohol 120% to open the image on a virtual drive and go from there.

or if you don't want to pay for Alcohol 120, use Daemon Tools Iso Mounter

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

well the bin file i have is a movie haha so idk really what to do? will this alcohol sp? still work?

if you don't want to burn your movie to a disk, then use Alcohol 120 or Daemon Tools to virtually mount the image. if you want an actual disc of it, then with whatever burning software you use, select open image and burn it
