what folder are all my maps on for halo 2.i havent put any new maps in yet,but i need to backup my original maps incase of an error,can u tell me which folder there in?.thanks if you can help,no one will tell me how.
i have maps others have made,one rar called united_halo2_map_pack-v1.4 and another called halo_2_map_packs_xbox_readnfo_awsk.the first is a huge file of maps and the second just has 4 with the installer thingy i was asking about,which i managed to install.but i aint done the big v.14 file yet,till now,your tutorial is very helpfull i'll have the maps up and runnin soon.just one more thing,i got a file the other day after getting blasted to death on halo2 on xbconnect.before i got it it said they were patches to do what these halo 2 players were doing to me like high jump shields and that f#ckin sword,lol.they are called containmenthax.ppf,turf_aimbot.ppf,turfhax.ppf and warlock.ppf.can u tell me which does wot?i know how to patch them using dothalo,i just dont know which does what.im sick of these french halo2 players teaming up on me with there mods.the other day i was playin and i saw someone hiding so i was shootin him for ages an he wouldnt die,he jump over this wall which i couldnt do and stabbed me from miles away which killed me instantly.can u help?i need to know which patch does what.cheers and thx for replying!
hmmm, I have not jumped into it that much yet to tell you the difference there between the two. I just started modding Halo games around a month ago, and am still in a beginner type of state with it. If you want to kick some a$$ on XBCONNECT, download the autoaim patch! That thing is frickin amazing, and you can get just tons and tons of kills with it.
My friend used it on XBCONNECT and he had 200 of the 250 team kills!

SCJudd, nobody is going to give you a link to find Halo hacks, as that is against forum rules. Search the web for them, they are not to difficult to find.
