I was woundering can you use xbox live if u had a mod chip installed on your system???

You can use xbox live if you have a mod chip, but the chip has to be off while you are online. If the chip is on while you are online you can get banned in a matter of minutes.

I recently was banned from live, and i dont know how. My mod was off auto sign in was off. Its a real mystery.
