Not an expert on Nero history logs, but it looks like to me you were try to write an +RW disk to close to the outer edge:

Last possible write address on media: 2295103 (510:01.28, 4482MB)
Last address to be written: 2267423 (503:52.23, 4428MB)

May want to back your target size down to 4300mb and see if that helps.

- as per LABOY's reply - you're burning to the outer edge of discs. In DVD Shrink's preferences, change the target size to 4300MB. Then all future movie rips will never be above a maximum of 4300MB.

- packet writing software can affect Nero, find out what it is and uninstall the packet writing software if fixing the other problems doesn't get you burning again..

In Nero, just go into 'Recorder' and erase disc option is somewhere in there...

Hi there,

DVDInfoPro v4.16 has this option (Maybe earlier versions also):

- New DC Erase function for Nu burners restores RW media to brand new.

Wonder if it's a different erase than Nero or other burning software.

@druck1683 - i answered what i thought was wrong on your previously posted logfile; looks like you've not made any of the requested changes, hence you still have the same problems...

yo creaky-i went by smsmikes walkthrough and he said to keep the target size at 4.7, not 4300mb. But i dont think thats the issue cuz it stopped like 2 minutes into the burn. Ill try to upgrade the firmware and see what happens. Also i have no idea what the packet software is, if you could help me out with that bro. THANKS

@druck1683 - if you burn a disc at 4300MB and turn it over and see just how close to the edge that really is, you'd see why i stick to 4300 myself. As to the packet writing, it would appear you have Roxio or Direct CD installed, can't remember which the 'CDRALW2K.SYS' file is from. But yeah, get that firmware sorted..
