How does TOC refresh work? I really need help because my Mercenaries game won't work and i think its a TOC problem I already tried SwapMagicFiX.com and the cogswaploader v1.0 doesn't work help please!!

Have you tried rebuilding the game? If your answer is no thats what you need.

The patch does the same as rebuilding. Did you make sure it actually patched? It should take around 10 minutes if not a bit longer and give you a final ISO of around 1.8GB
