Use an advanced authoring tool that allows multiple VTS.

You use Nero to burn? but what do you use to author in the first place.

Most authoring programs will allow you to have multiple movies, altho as rebootjim stated, having each movie as a seperate VTS is the best way (even though it is possible to have just 1 VTS) - DVDLab Pro is excellent for having multiple VTS.

If your encoding software outputs a VIDEO_TS folder, and you want multiples of these on one disk, there are a couple of ways.
1.) Get DVDLab Pro, and import the video_1_1.VOB, join and Demux when prompted. You can then do the same to any number of movies.
2.) Rip the video out of the .vob's (I like ReJig, file mode, for this), then import the m2v and AC3 into DVDLab for reauthor.
