hi i was told to first read the cd in decryter , so i did that, now what??????? If i run the cd first in dvd shrink, it doesnt work- i get an error, can someone please tell me the steps to make a backup of this copy, thanks

Try this guide:

If you have Nero Shrink will burn automatically.
Also Hitch has newer copy protection that Shrink can't handle so DVDD is needed.
