Hey crazykill im new to all this modding stuff but it looks awsome when you see people do it i was wondering what kinda equipment do you need for all of this like do i need a new type of Xbox and sertain chips exc.

i have got the mod patched from a .ppf to a .map file, now where do i put it on my HDD? do i need to download anything from the halo 2 disk to my HDD? how do i use the mod? dose the mod mod the origanal map or dose the mod over ride the origanal map or is the mod a map of its own?

hey ok i havea soft modded xbox and im kinda new to all this i was wondering once i have downloaded new halo 2 levels that some one made i then have accessedwhere i can FTP and i get all the folders to appear now where do i puyt the new halo 2 multiplayer levels and what is the path from point A to point B can you please help and or get some one to help!

i am the bigest god dam noob at modding i have ar, a softmodded xbox, flash fxp, dothalo i mod the maps on dot halo transpher them to the xbox but when i play the mods arent their im pretty shur i didnt screw up cuase i did wut the sight said can some1 help me plz

i heard u can only soft mod new maps not the old ones if thats true someone tell me cause im modding old maps right now and that might be thwe reason the mods dont work

you need 2 resign the maps (fix encryption in xbox) and after get it in a resigning program (find them on www.modsforhalo.com )

When you finished making your mods with the program "dot halo,insolence,etc"...ok w/e each time you modded a map, go on Dothalo , open the modded map and click on "Fix encryption" and close the map and the program, after this go ||---> Resign <---|| the map...find a resigner on www.modsforhalo.com forum
and after you resigned the map you can FTP it in your xbox and NOW the mods will work

ya i did sum searchin and got the resign program and got an aswome step by step tut. to teach me how to do it so when it finishes downloading im gonna give it a whirl and i hope it works but every1 says u have to resign it and i wasnt so i think that was my problem thanks guys if u have and questons/comments or anythingelse to tell me add reply to this or email me at ***email removed***
