Alcohol 120 Problem

I just got alcohol 120 and I was able to create an image for a PS2 game and now when I try to burn it the program stops at the insert empty dvd cd. The program recognizes the blank dvd but wont go further all the while the counter on the bottom left of the screen continues to keep time. Please help.

have you tried burning the image with another program like DVD Decrypter? have you tried reinstalling Alcohol 120% to see if it may be a problem with the program?
And i am sure this is not the problem but it is always a good idea to update your burners firmware if you have had it more than 6 months and have not done it.
I don't use Alcohol 120% so i am not familiar with how it works.
I always use DVD Decrypter.
