Had megga problems, decided to remove and start again only I can't. the 1st disc only loads so far then stops. Can any one help an absolute beginer??

hi

i am not a lover of pinnacle 8 or 9 as it either works spot on your system or it gives you major major hassles with everything...

just look on pinnacle forums for this....

what are you trying to reach vis the project you are working on, we maybe able to help here!

Hi Rotary, what a response only just joined. Got Studio 8 as gift. worked fine for a very long timethen crashed. All I am now trying to do is re-install, it will not install, I get so far then i get a message saying"Unable to create the directory:c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\PinnicleStudio\Captured Video"Can you help.

no problem and welcome to afterdawn, yes you see what i mean they cant even get the install right, i have read and been on pinnacle foruns ripping my hair out so i dumped the app with a passion after reading other problems from lots and lots of users...

If I am to dump the app. what do I get next time? any suggestions?
But it would be a shame to waste the money that was spent on Pinnacle
Have you any ideas as to were i could get any help from? Sorry lots of questions.

i would email tech support thats what you pay for or go to the forums and post there, they may help you...

sorry cant help any further, but if it all goes pear shaped call back and let us know what you need to get from and to project wise...
