You can use TMPGEnc to do this. But you have to download the QTPlugin.

Make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime installed also.

When will someone just come up with a free all-in-one video converter. Something that is just format one to format 2, and supports wmv mov avi... everything. But, they always cost $30. For that I can just go to Best Buy and get a hard copy of a program with free codec and other updates. Anyone know of a FULL version, free, .wmv to mpeg converter? PSP video 9 doesn't support wmv.
