Help with DVDDecrypter and DVDShrink

I decrypted using DVDD without problems but when I got to DVDShrink I ran into problems when I tried backing up. I said I needed to install Nero to be able to burn the movie. I thought I could burn the movie just using these two programs without anything else? WHat am I missing?

open shrink under the edit tab click on prefferences in second window under file I/O uncheck the enable burning with Nero option I believe it does have an option for dvdd

You can burn w/ dvdd. You have to set up DVD Shrink to do so. After you click backup, then under target device use the dropdown menu and select ISO image file and burn w/ dvddd.

hey creaky is it me or is this the lull before the storm? its dam quiet on dvdr for newbies, like a ghost town?
we have probably made an inpact with all of us mad for it reply to post freaks as we are

If you don't have Nero yes uncheck it.

OK, that part confused me in the guide. It talked about checking the burn with DVDD part but also said to check the Nero box. I'll try again in a bit and let you know. THanks for the help.

Got it! I worked with a couple movies I didn't have to decrypt. Now I'll try with one I need to decrypt. I gotta find a program to burn some files to a DVD+R to free up some extra space on my hard drive first though.
