I use winavi to convert mpeg files to dvd format files because i dont like waiting 10 hours for ulead or nero to convert the files. Winavi can do it in just a little over an hour, but winavi cant make dvd menus. Does anyone know of a program where you can take the vob files and make a dvd menu then patch them together to get a working dvd instead of recompiling all the video again?

try using

Unlead DVD Movie Factory

or

TMPGEnc (These will create menus chapters etc...)

so will the other one...

here is the link to TMPGEnc
