i have the music in my "psp" "music" folder, but i don't know how to download the songs into my psp. can some one please help me!?!?!?!?

anyone know if and or how u can save a photo saved to ur PSP as a background? all the colors are getting pretty tiresome to look at and i got a tight picture of a silvia i want as the background, just dunno if it can be done. if anyone knows, please pass the info on to me. thanks

First, the picture has to be in bitmap format, and second, you would need the pspersonlize brew to be running on your psp, ,, and for that you would need frimwire 1.5

Im having a problem with uploading my mp3's. Ive formatted the memory card (2 of them acually) and ive sent the mp3's into the music folder but every single mp3 i upload to the psp will play for maybe 10 seconds and then stop and say its a corrupted file. Does anyone have an answer to this??
Also i tried installed the update for the psp itself and that file didnt work either.

Try doing it from a different computer, and try different songs on your computer.

I did both of those things. But I went to EB games today and talked to one of the sales guys there who happens to own a PSP. He mentioned trying another usb cable. It made sense since i bought the cheapest one i could find for my psp. So i used the one i have for my digicam and everything worked fine. So if anyone else has a problem similar to mine. Try using another usb cable. One that you know has worked for other equipment in the past.

i'm back, with more problems and questions than ever... okay.
my friend has downloaded a game emulator onto my memory stick for me... but my firmware is 1.51 and the emulator won't work with it... where can i download the version i need? and how? is it possible to do at a local library? please help...

hi,
i just bought my ne psp andits version 1.52. i installed music the way u tld me to and it worked...thanks! but when i try to put pictures on it deducts the memory but the photos are nowhere to be seen.... oh and i already have the folders cmin up labelled music,photos and games. i have a scan disk 1gb memory card and have already formatted it. hope u can help

I hope you guys no why my thing aint workin k the guy at the top explaning said to go to rembvable disk but when i clicked it it said plz insert disk isnt supposed to take me to a psp folder plz anwser i realy want to get music and images

It may not be labeled that, it could be something else, try clicking a number of different things under my computer, and see which one has the "PSP" folder in it, and what Operating System do you have?

Are your photos in jpg format?? to find that out, view your image on your pc, and hover over it with your cursor, and or click properties by right clicking, and try to look for the format, if it is not jpg, only version 2.0 can handle different formats.

Firmwire 1.50 is the only hacked version, along with 1.0, 1.51 and above are not hacked and can not support any emulators, home brew, modding of any kind so far.. sorry =(

I think I'm having the same problem as Broil had, I go and try and copy music into my Music folder and it will copy like 3 seconds of the song then I'll get an error saying something like "cannot copy blah blah" Then I go and click play on my psp and it'll play like 3 seconds and then say its corrupted.
So do you think I need a new USB cable? I think I bought the pelican one. Thanks in advance

i would suggest trying other songs, and then if that doesnt do it, try a friends computer, and after those two,, it might be a usb cable,
