i have a few movies with menues and special features that i have in VOBs right now, and they are PAL and i can't convert them into NTSC

Nero visionexpress will do it? but not sure you may need al the serials to go with it? AC3 etc...

just tried DVD Patcher, converted all my files to 720x480 29.97 fps , 4:3 aspect ratio,(there is also a setting that says "patch first header only, or patch entire file... i choose entire file) and i still get "TV SYSTEM DOESN'T MATCH"
Nero vision express w/ a serial #, but Nero detected an unaurorized copy and wouldnt let me use the program
