Hi Guys:

This is a impressive forum for Video enthusiasts. I have the trial version of Nero complete with me, and have several AVI splitting. AVI repair utils for WinXP. Are there such tools for Linux. I see Nero Linux has CD.VCD,DVD copying, I guess burning is not a problem. My only question is with AVI Splitting, AVI repair for Linux. Most times on Windows when I download movies, I get Zip/Rar CRC errors, and the download gets corrupted. Which is the best util in Windows and Linux for fixing this. Please list the must have Video apps & utils for both WinXP and Linux. Please forgive me if you think I have not done my part in searching, I have. But I need expert opinion.
