Burn Problem with Shrink/DeCrypter

I'm having a problem burning a DVD using Shrink (3.2) and Decrypter (3.5.4.0). While I'm a newbie to these apps, I'm not a computer newbie. I have had DVD X Copy running successfully for several years and have used it on many back-ups.

Actions - Movie was successfully ripped by decrypter and analyzed/encoded by shrink. Initially attempted to have shrink burn the ISO file using decrypter. Subsequently just had shrink create the ISO file and came back with decrypter to do the burn.

Problem - During the burn, decrypter hangs about 20% to 30% into the burn. Requires a forced shut-down of the PC.

Media used - Fuji. Have not had a problem with any other burn using DVD-X-Copy or Roxio
Burner - NEC HD-1300A

Any suggestions as to why the burn problem is occuring and how to fix it would be appreciated.

Did Decrypter give you an error message? What was it? Can you post the complete burn log?

Output problems are usually media related. Clean the burner, clean the blank disc, update firmware, try different media. I've even found with my burner that updating the firmware sometimes makes things worse - scaling back to an earlier trouble-free version SOMETIMES help.
