why is it near IMPOSSIBLE to get any help with an update to dvdxcopy 4.0.3.8 I don't understand how to get this info???

There is no update to X Copy because the company went out of business over a year ago. There is DVD X Copy international but I don't think they have updates that will help much on the new encryptions. Check the X copy forum at the link PPower listed. Its an out dated program that always seemed to conflict with other programs.
