I have DVD Decrypter, and when you go to the book type changing window, there are a bunch of type's, my question is, what type is my

If you use DVD+r media (minus only) you can set (change) booktype to -ROM. This may help with compatibility of older DVD players as pressed dvds (store bought) are read as -ROM. Either way as long as you burn slow (4x or lower) and use good media, you will be fine.
