im trying to know the difference in picture quality between the white printable or the silver printable media i seem to find all the white printable media but never the silver at least the good quality i found the verbatims 100 for $41.00 in sams club in california but i want to know that if i buy will it look close to the real thing or does the silver look better and where to find?

It is just different printing methods. Silver is thermal printing and white is inkjet printing. Disc quality should not be affected. That Verbatim deal sounds very good.

As for finding silver, I have only seen them from online stores. They cost about the same as inkjet printable.

They also make silver inkjet printables as well as white inkjet printables, they make silver thermal and white thermal, the thermal ones are for thermal printers
