Hi, I want to make a copy of Snake Island but before that I want to edit it first. I tried to rip it to the C:/ using Decrypter but when I tried to edit it later on with Power Director 4, an error message said that it's not in the right format. (Open Decrypter, Mode, ISO, Read) Can someone help me? I know what that message meant but I just don't know how to rip it so that the format is something like mpeg2 or files. Please help. (Some kind of format that will let me edited it since ISO is not a supported/editable format).

I Have:
1.Decrypter (latest version)
2 Shrink (latest version)
3.Nero Digital 3.1.0.7
4.Nero 6 Ultra Edition 6.6.0.13
5.NeroMIX 1.4.0.32
6.Nero Recode 2.2.6.16
7.Cyberlink Power Director 4
8.Cyberlink Power Producer 3

Not sure what you need, but as I understand it when using Decrypter to rip a disk I:

1.Select Mode then File to save the all files to a folder which can then be used by e.g Shrink or DVDremake to edit the files.
or
2.Select Mode-ISO-READ to rip the whole disk to an ISO file which can be mounted on a virtual drive for whatever reason.
or
3.Select Mode-ISO-READ to copy an iso file to a disk.

My understanding was that you had decrypted a disk and saved the output as an iso file, which is fair enough. You have the whole disk in iso format.
Then it seemed that you were loading it into decrypter again to edit it?
Since Ddecrpypter is not an editor perhaps that is where I am misunderstanding?
If you need the disk in 'Files' format (in a folder) you could mount the iso on a virtual drive and use decrypter to save the iso to files format then it can be edited with your software :)

you didnt need to make as an iso file.(image)

a simple way to to just use dvd to AVI then reencode it to mpeg2.Once you have it in mpeg2 use TMPGEnc dvd authors edit chapter tools to edit your dvd. Then you can also add menus and it will utilise Nero as the burning agent.

simple (except for the time restraints)
