Can't get dvd43free to work

Any help would be appreciated. I have 1 click DVD and I downloaded DVD43Free. Everything appears OK. Little gren smiley face and all. I have tried all the tips (run the movie, re-boot, etc.). I still get the movie encrypted message. I have uninstalled and installed 3 times, still no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

People here would likely say: Try AnyDVD!

But I'll just say: Try Decrypter first. *_*

I tried AnyDVD and got the same results. The only thing I haven't tried is re-installing 1 click.

you didn't have AnyDVD running while running DVD43 did you? Because they don't like each other. One or the other.

No. DVD43 was uninstalled. I even re-installed the 1 click software. Still the same results. Are there any settings or programs that should not be running (i.e. McAfee, etc.)?

are you using old versions of these programs? I'm not sure about DVD43 but AnyDVD is up to 5.2.6.1

I tried AnyDVD. Same error message. Both seem to be running, but the 1 CLick software does not seem to recognize that it has run.

There could be trace amount of registry entries left on your comp when uninstalling some software. Did you delete DVD43's folder after uninstallation?

I am using DVD X copy Platinum addition and it stopped working with the newer DVD copy protection. I loaded up DVD 4 free and now it works like a charm.
