I recorded a video at 640x480 and want the encoded video to be 640 by 310. but, when i use the pan crop option in vegas it puts these black bars at the top and bottom of the screen that remain there in the video even after the encoding. how do i get rid of these bars so they aren't in the final video? any and all help appreciated, thx.
