Someone who knows DVDCopy2 by Intervideo please help!

I bought everything for DVD Copy Gold 2 to copy my families home DVDs. I purchased your Platnum activation Key so I could use the M-DVD option. I copied the wanted tracks to the buffer"temp storage location" from various family DVDs, insert a blank DVD 4.7 GB disc to burn the copied tracks onto. Click the start button like the directions say, I Get small window saying
"CANNOT START DISC COPY" WHY? Have plenty of room on hard drive. The copied file size is 1093MB. I have 24g Free on my hard disc. Target is the DVD burner. I have tons of RAM and nothing else is running. I have windows XP on a reliable Dell Comp. My source is the DVD drive. WHat is wrong?
