Hi i have a memory stick and its 32 mb but on the psp it says it 30 mb someone help me plz

this question has already been answered the psp formats and creates a parttion on the memory stick that takes up 2 megs of space there is nothing you can do about it

Johnodd4, that's not true. In fact the card is 32mb (when megabyte is 1000kb) but software uses 1048kb as megabyte. So when you buy a 1gb card it's shows 969mb and 512mb is about 468mb. Same thing with computers, 1,44mb disk is 1,38mb and 200gb hd is only 186gb or so.

Man hes right, cause when u buy a pack of 700mb disks, not all of em have 700, some have 698, 706, all sorts u just gota hope in the long run it doesnt screw up when ur downloading sumthingh and u need 2 more mbs :D
