Just connect your PSP with PC, and copy your mp3 file(s) into "H:\PSP\MUSIC" (where "H" is the drive letter of your PSP).

windows isnt gonna happen on psp,
it would be a huge file
microsoft and sony are competetors so no official one would be released
if someone did this it woult take a very long time to make and sony will probably have a way to stop homebrew stuff by the time its made

Not really no. Its just a web site that really really looks like windows xp, which is saved to ur memory card and u can enter it through psp v2.0 browser and play do a few homebrew things which arent working well at all. But still its a cute thing to play around with for a little while.

its not a matter of wether psp has mac things or not, the windows xp os is way to vast, and does alot of things that psp doesnt even have, it would be nearly pointless to even try.

First of all assuming that this is not mearly Bullsh*t!! What good (or difference), would XP have over say Win9x on the PSP. There are no Keyboards / Mice for it. Not to mention the poor Resoulution of the PSP itself! Don't fool yourseves into thinking your going to be playing Doom muchless Doom³ with this!
Another asspect that should be taken into account again given that this is not utter Bullsh*t! Is the fact that in order to run any kind of Homebrew / Applications / Estranged OS's. You're going to need a PSP with Firmware 1.0 or 1.5 MAX! Anyone with a 1.5x~2.0 can go Home!
Now there were some Pics' of a Program called PSPortal. THIS IS NOT WINDOWS YOU n00b! This is nothing but a buch of Java Script Programs that are ran off the PSP 2.0's Web Browser!
Now it comes down to the question... Do you continue to wait for a Downgrader that will eventually allow you to do something like this, or do you go on and Update?!?!
I'd probably consider upgradeing. If not only for the H.264 (AVC), CODEC. The Web Browser doesn't interest me, unless I need to keep myself up-to-date, while doing a Nr.2.
As far as making a stupid choise of upflashing a 1.0 / 1.5 to 2.0 for something as lame as PSPortals. My answer... ROTFLMAO HEEL NO!!! But, given that there's not going to be any Downgrader for 1.5x~2.0 for quite some time. And when such a 'Breakthough' does emerge, it's going to be almost exclusive to 2.0 anyhow! So those People have almost nothing to lose by updateting to 2.0.
