To do what? Downgrades'?!?!
If you can run 'dowz on the PSP you can run Homebrew! So running .exe's isn't going to bring new to the Table. Thuss why the need to run emulated .exe Files??

ATTENTION EVERYONE, YOU CANNOT RUN ANY WINDOWS OVER 95. i keep hearing people saying thing about xp on psp, the fact is the psp's proccessor is no way near the minimum for xp, it barely runs 95, takes 10 minutes to boot up 95.

im sorry but you can. all you need is a computer running windows xp,a my web ex pc acount, and a wireless acess point. first make an acount here at this link. http://www.mywebexpc.com . then install the program on your computer. log in. registeryour pc you want accsess on. then, go on your psp to the link above and sighn in. click the connect button. this will take a few minutes. now your running a simulation of your windows xp like you were just sitting at it. the onley problem is that you must be conected to a wieless access point.

thats not running the entire 3 gig program of xp, its just like connectiong to your desktop and using a shell ap.

OK lemme get this straight:
YOU CANNOT GET WINDOWS XP ON YOUR PSP because NOT of filesize but of COMPATIBILITY (memory, cpu, etc)
HOWEVER, you CAN get WINDOWS 95 and WINDOWS 98 on the PSP with a PC Engine Emulator like BOCHS.
Thus, with BOCHS, you can also install MAC, LINUX and DOS.
BUT NOT WINDOWS XP.
BTW to even get win95 on your psp you will need a HUGE memory stick.
I was told to change my sig so I did this.

how do you install windows 98 on the psp and if you do can you still play psp games and get on the internet and can you play computer games on it to

omg !! why the **** do u want Windows for? just downgrade and have fun with hombrew,just think about it, Defult PSP speed is 222MHZ, after overclocking it's only 333MHZ!OMG! even if u get it to work any windows , what u gona do with it? watch it slowly start up Solitaire ?

how bout www.pspupdates.com their downloads are a h*ll of alot faster plus they have more than wwp.psp-hacks.com plus they have news usually before everyone else

How about XP mobile (like PDA OS)?? Will it work without touch screen ?
My Phat PSP History : 1.50 > 3.40 OE-A > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33-2 (semi-bricked) > 1.50 (Recovered) > 3.40 OE-A > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33-4 > 3.80 M33-2 > 3.80 M33-5 > 3.90 M33-2 + 1.50 Subset.

Bleh, I dont get the idiots saying that having windows/something similar to windows/ in xp would be useless. Dangit, havent anyone noticed some major stuff that psp lacks?
Im not talking about games, psp with some 333mhz cant really play any kewl stuff.
PS. and those saying that you cant fit windows in psp, consider this. 8gb memorycard.

Obviously PSP can't run Windows. All those Windows XP/Vista on PSP apps are portals: mini versions of the OS created by developers for the PSP particularly. Just mini versions that Microsoft does not approve therefore freeware. It's for fun.
