i have 2 ps2 consoles with ethernet cards....was wondering if there is any way of linking the 2 together to play muiltiy player games. serched everywhere to find instructions on how to do itwith no luck.. any on now of a step by step guide i could follow :)


a few site talk about a router... will any router do or dose it need to be a sertan type

To link ps2's together to play multiplayer games requires a special link cord that plugs in the front of the ps2.You dont need the network adaptor or a router or anything.Just two ps2's two copies of the game two tv's and the link cord. But only some games have support for linking this way.

is that the i-link port in the front or is it through usb or sommething else... mine dosen't have a i-link port, some one told me that sony desided not to put them in when the ethernet cards came out


I tryed linking them through a D-ling 5 port ethernet switch
but just keep getting dnas errors all the time.

can you use your pc for a server to make the ps2 think its in on a broadban internet connection

Are they backups? If they are backups you need to patch the dnas number to the iso and then burn it.

I disabled the chip and used the original copy of the game and it fixed the error but now im getting more dnas error 611 and 612 i think they were......what do you use to patch the game image
