DVD2AVI audio prob

Hi,

DVD2AVI makes a nice video output, but the wav file created stops at 322kb. So I'm stuck without sound.

I've tried vob2audio to try and get the sound out, but it gives me an error (below), suggesting the vob audio is a bit tricky

Is there anything special I need to do? I don't want to process video again, it takes ages.

you may not have the proper codecs installed for audio. Download K-Lite Mega codec pack, hopefully that will help you. And yes, you'll probably have to re-encode the whole thing.

I don't know, I've never tried to convert DVD to AVI. If it's not a codec thing, try some different software or check over the settings in your current software and look for anything fishy. Some programs like the file demuxed (audio and video split, making 2 files). But you say you get 300kB or so of audio and that's it? Weird....
