is there a free software tool that stop people from tracking you down like riaa and other firms like that

theres this thing called peergaurdian that blocks some unwanted IP's.
basicaly, its an ip filter.

What i would suggest doing is like 20 times a day running ad aware se or spybox search and destroy or window washer or a combination of all of those b/c to track you they would haft to place a cookie or some spyware on your h/d and a combination of the software above should siccessfully get rid of the majority ND hopefully all of the Ttracking spyware and cookies
