Problem with mainconcept encoding

I have a avi file that i was converting to dvd in Mainconcept and it gets to 15 minutes before finishing the entire file and i get this:

M031:Unable to write a DVD nav pack to program file
P003:Could not write current PCM buffer to audio file

What does this mean? I can view it on my computer but i want to view it on my dvd...any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Corrupt video or audio in the AVI.
