being a newbie I have DVD Cloner II and tried to backup hitch did not work. Anyone know why or will the new version work? 2.5

I know that the dvd decryper DVD Shrink combo work on this title.
let me first ask do you have any dvd running in the back gound. and if you have recieved any errors please include that and any information that you can most ppl don't like guess work it's like shooting in the dark you'll probably end up more confused.

no dvd running in the background. the software says it won't fit on one disc even though with the movie only option clicked it is only 4.35GB. Thanks for the help

I bought dvd clone 2 a couple monthes back myself, and most of the time when I try to copy a dvd it gives the message it cant fit on one disc even when I click the box to make it fit to a single dvd. Any one have any ideas why? I dont care for the program much because of it.
