When I use itap, in order to get a ?.? I need to press the ?1? key, and press the right key several times. Otherwise, when I press the ?1? key, the number ?1? is the default character selected. This is a pain, since most of the time, when I?m in itap mode, whenever I press ?1?, I want a ?.?

Is there a way I can modify this, so that when in itap, whenever I press ?1?, I get a ?.? By default?

On a related question, when in itap mode, what do I type to get ?ü??
