What size is the image file u extracted?
You may have a DVD .iso., in which case you can burn with appropriate burning software (ie, Nero)
The file extension would also help.

You need to go to your folder options under Tools, in My Computer to show know file extensions. You do this under View. Cick in the box to the left of Hide know file extensions. You should then see the file extension of the video you have. List that file extension, in this thread.

Right click on the .001 file and extract it to a folder they are still in compressed format.
The .sfv file is a control file for the raring process.
Post back and tell us the resulting file name and extension of the extracted file
I think you couldn't have followed through on my first reply
If you haven't figured it out yet you need WinRar.
