I ddownloaded winrar but it doesnt seem to work. I am trying to burn a movie I downloaded.

winrar doesn't burn movies. Check the guides listed in my sig for help.

If you have movies in rar format (ie downloaded) then select all rar files, right-click and choose extract here. You should get a bin file. Then download daemon tools and create a virtual drive and mount the bin on the virtual drive. (it's really easier than it sounds) Now you should have an MPEG file.

I need t oconvert the bin,cue, svf files to an IMG file in order t oburn it to a dvd. what program will do this?

if I'm not mistaken that's Nero telling you that?? They're lying. If you use Daemon Tools you can mount the bin file and get the MPEG file out of it if I remember correctly. Then you can use a program like DVD Lab Pro (free trial) and make it DVD compliant. You get the VOB files in a folder and you can burn those with Nero. Just pick burn DVD-Video files in Nero and get everything in the VIDEO_TS folder.
