I use verbatim dvd+r on v5 ps2 with dms 4 ezi pro and toxic os .2

Some games have very choppy cutscenes and the sound is out of sync in the cutscenes. The games play fine though. I was wondering if my ps2 laser needs to be adjusted and is it dangerous?

No you dont need to adjust your laser. What you need is try different media. Good media doesnt really work for everyone. Try some MAXELL DVD-Rs or some TDK DVD-Rs and if that doesnt work you can try different burning programs or different burning speeds.

No i mean EXTREAMLY choppy dude. Like example.

Psychonauts...

in a cutscene it will say all the words then when the WHOLE cutscene is over it starts to play the voices. And my laser seems to read like crazy too. I use DVD Decrypter right now... lowest burn speed 2.4x

What other progs do i use? i dont know how to burn it with Nero but i have that...

I dont know either. But I have Area 51 on a TDK dvd-r and when a cutscene ends and I get to play it stays black for like 10 seconds.
I dont know about your problem. But, Do your originals have that problem too?

Then you dont need to adjust or replace the laser. You either need some better media or different burning speeds.
