no audio in cyberlink power cinema

Hi I have pinnacle studio + ulead movie factory + cyberlink power cinema. My problem is with all these programs is in the capture feature of the programs. All capture the television signal ok but I don't get sound. I also have nero ultra in which I can caputer both video & sound from the television signal but I don't like the quality recorded. Could it be that I will need to uninstall nero in order for my other caputing programs to work or is there a way to simply dissable nero.
