TMPGenc cannot create?

Hi all

I have been working with TMPGenc for a couple days now trying to figure it out and i have been pretty successful so far... however today after i spoke with Minion on how to change my aspect ratios and fps to fit my project i tried to create my project again...

The problem is that when i click, 'run' on the batch encode it cycles through in about 1 second and says that the file could not be created? any thoughts or suggestions?
